A bug was discovered which made some Signable fields much larger after the envelope was sent compared with how they were during set up.
A bug was found which meant that a user could be locked out if they enabled multifactor authentication before the account was verified.

Uploading Receipts to Property Manager
Receipts can now be uploaded to Property Manager => Scanned Receipts in HEIC format to accommodate uploads from iPhones.
Creating Multiple Tenant Invoices
We have now added the means to create multiple tenant invoices. Simply complete the CSV template provided in Tenant Manager => Invoices => Add Invoice => Import invoices, upload it to Landlord Vision and the system will create those invoices for you simultaniously.

White and Brown Goods Showing in Tenant Module
Where white/brown goods have been entered into Landlord Vision, these will now show in the Tenant Module when the "Print on Welcome Pack" flag enabled. This allows the landlord to provide their tenants with further information about a property.
Mortgage Broker Summary Report
The Mortgage Broker Summary report has been enhanced so that it now takes into account the latest valuation price, giving you an overview of how your portfolio is performing.

New! Aged Receivables

Some of the non-essential tenancy settings have been removed from the Create Tenancy form to speed up the process of the tenancy setup. We've also created a new Create Tenancy tutorial to demonstrate how you can create a tenancy in less than 2 minutes!
Simplified the process of assigning landlords to a portfolio and specified default values for Ownership Type and Portfolio Currency.
Added an option to specify multiple percentage and fixed amount fees against a tenancy managed by a letting agent.
Allowed to edit both the automatically calculated and manually added fees to a letting agent statement.
All the date fields throughout the software are now validated. A date mask is coming soon which will make adding dates even easier.
Added a loan payment schedule (loan amortisation plan). The payment schedule tab allows you to see both the due date of each regular payment as well as the corresponding payment period. It also shows a breakdown of the principal (capital) and interest amount of each payment.
On repayment mortgages an 'Irregular Initial Payment' section and 'Interest Computation' option are available.
Added an option to specify partial initial and/or final payment if the initial and/or final payment does not cover a full rental period.
Added an option to specify the period covered by the first loan payment if the first period is not exactly a month.
