New Software Updates Requested by You

On the 23rd July Landlord Vision launched it’s latest update.  New features include…

Property and Tenancy Journal

After gathering lots of likes on our Suggest New Features forum, we have now completed and released a Property Journal in which you can store lots of useful information like the property’s maintenance history, inspection notes, viewings and any other miscellaneous information you would like to keep track of.

Also you have the option to assign the entry to a tenancy as well as a tenant, and these will appear as journal entries for the tenancy and the tenant too.  And of course you can upload documents as well.  If you have other people in your team this is a great way for them to always be up to date with what has been going on with your properties and for you to have everything written down.

As with many of Landlord Vision’s powerful features, you can apply search filters to help you find the items you need, or simply to show everything with a certain tag.  Finally, you can pull all of the information together on to a report and export this to either a spreadsheet or as a PDF and pass it on to somebody

Meter Readings by Property

As well as being able to record meter readings in a tenancy, for example at the start and the end, you can also now store your meter readings in a property, great for if you’re doing lots of work while it is empty or if you are running an HMO.  And if you’re reading this thinking you’ll have meter readings in two different places, you can assign your reading in the property to a tenancy and vice versa.

We hope you enjoy these new features!
