Midlands Landlord Event
The show arrives at Villa Park, former home of Aston Villa FC, in the Midlands on Wednesday 16 May. Property investors can meet a host of useful suppliers and get advice on tax, accounting, the law, insurance, and lots of other useful issues connected to the private rental sector. The doors open at 9 AM and the exhibition stays open until 3.30 PM.
Landlord Seminars
As well as exhibits from various suppliers, you can also listen to seminars from property experts. The speakers will discuss a range of interesting topics, including overseas property investment tips, how Brexit is likely to affect the PRS, and more. Head over to the two seminar theatres if you want to pick up some useful tips and expand your knowledge.
Business Networking Opportunity
This is the second year the National Landlord Investment Show has been held. Last year, it proved to be very successful, with huge numbers of landlords attending to learn more and forge profitable new business connections. Many landlords find it hugely beneficial to chat to other landlords, especially people with more experience of the sector.
