Life as a Landlord
The show hopes to explore the life of a landlord and how the UK’s private rental market has changed over the years. To make things even more interesting, each landlord will have to spend a week on the other side of the fence, i.e. as a tenant. Think of this as a property version of Wife Swap.
Landlord Swap
From a positive perspective, the experience of living as a tenant could open eyes and help landlords empathise more with tenants. Some landlords may even remember what life was like as a tenant, but for those who have never had to live in rental accommodation, it will be an interesting exercise. You never know, living as a tenant could help you see where improvements could be made in your business.
The Boundless Productions show starts filming next month and, at the time of writing, applications are still open if you fancy taking part.
