An Affiliate Programme is a revenue-sharing process whereby a company pays a 'referral fee' to a person like you (an affiliate) who refers someone to a web site and orders a product or service: in this case a Landlord Vision subscription. The referral fee is also known as a commission payment.

For each Landlord Vision subscription you will be rewarded 20% on the first 12 full monthly payments.

The affiliate commission is calculated as soon as the full monthly payment has been collected from the customer.

You will be asked to supply payment details when you register as an affiliate. You can choose to receive payment directly to your bank account, or to a PayPal account. Any payments due will be sent to you on the 30th of each month.

There is no minimum payment threshold.

Any individual, group or business can join. It's simply a matter of signing up!

No, this is not permitted and if you try to claim a referral fee for your own Landlord Vision subscription you will be automatically deleted from the affiliate programme. Likewise, this rule applies if you try to use another name or identification.

To operate the Landlord Vision affiliate programme, we have introduced a sophisticated real-time tracking system. Each affiliate is allocated a unique identification number which is embedded into your URL.

When a visitor visits our web site through your URL and subscribes to a paid Landlord Vision plan, the tracking system will automatically credit you for each full monthly subscription payment for the first 12 months. You will have secure access to the dashboard with your affiliate statistics so you will see the details for yourself.

At the bottom of your promoter dashboard you’ll find your unique affiliate link. And under ‘assets’ on your main menu you’ll find a number of banner ads which you can download or embed.

You can use the link to promote Landlord Vision on social media, in emails or in any of the usual ways you would promote a website. You can also use any of the banner ads you like to encourage click through to our website.

You may use any legal and ethical method of linking to our site, but we ask that you don’t use Google Ads, Bing ads or other paid media so as not to drive up the costs of our own advertising.

No. Referral fees are only paid to affiliates when visitors subscribe to a paid Landlord Vision plan through one of the web sites linked to the Landlord Vision web site.
